Hi I hope someone on here can help. I have tried over and over again to get an account limitation lifted so that I can withdraw funds and place my customers' orders with my suppliers. Within my PayPal account it has asked me to verify my bank account and apparently sent me a 4-digit verification code to my bank account (with a £0.01 deposit) - surprise, surprise, it has never arrived, despite several attempts over the past few days to get this code sent to me. I've wasted about 2 hours on hold today with Customer Services; I received a call-back from a Duty Manager who assured me that there was only a 4 minute wait for the Account Limitations team... 30 minutes later I was still on hold and then miraculously, without warning, got cut off. Without these funds I cannot place my orders!! For a mission-critical business service such as PayPal, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Oh, I have sent written requests for help but never received a response. Does anyone please have a clue as to what is wrong with these incompetent people? Many thanks!
