"I'm writing this in regard to a recent unannounced permanent limitation to my PayPal account. During the past few days i've done some door-to-door selling of items, specifically specifically second-hand clothing pieces, that do not violate your terms and conditions. My customers are happy, and if you wish i could at anytime provide proof of their positive attitude towards me. I must state that i have not been at least warned of my future limitation or of me violating your company's rules, and so I must say that i will address this problem to the authorities in charge of such frauds, since the amount of money on my account was significant. I consider that i did nothing wrong, that I respected your terms and conditions, thus I shall be more deeply informed by the situations regarding my account, not just a simplistic "Hey, you violated our rules, we take your money that you worked for and your account will be permanently limitated". I am extremely disappointed. I informed my clients of this inconvenience and they support me fully. I'll have them reach out to you, stating that they plead for my innocence. I'm sick and tired of their canned answers and abuse of their own rules. I cannot find a phone number to speak with a live person anywhere, I'm from Romania, what kind of company that respects itself requires their clients to wait 2 hours for customer SUPPORT ? Is it even support at this point ? I must say that I received absolutely no warning regarding my future limitation, it all happened overnight. This platform is extremely abusive, all I want is my money back that I worked hard for. The amount was for sure significant. Any info on how can i speak with a live person, send all the proof they need and settle this dispute ? Thanks in advance.
