Hey, just to give you a quick update. Paypal emailed me and indicated how they switched my case to "item not received" giving the "seller" till a certain time tomorrow to respond. Hopefully, they also read my other details about how this "seller" has been scamming others for years and there are other posts/links describing how this Dzelil individual has been scamming customers for years.
I am about to email paypal, and hopefully they read that i don't even want to receive a tracking number from this "seller" or any sorts of goods from this "seller". I just want my money back at this point. Even though i just spent about 10dollars in transfer fees i don't care if I lose that portion of a fee. I learned my lesson and to make sure to always double-check next time. It was that fake receipt that got me. I just want my money back at this point, due to my situation.
This Monday when their offices are open, i am going to report this individual to the Toronto Fraud online division, with all the evidence that i can provide from fake BestBuy receipt, fake product pictures, to fake kjiji ad. All of that i can provide. And hopefully, they finally prosecute him somehow for online fraud? Due to his past history. Also, he has my home address, to home phone, which i had to provide for him to "ship the item". So i should at least notify the Fraud division about that.
Anyways, i just want to thank you for your help, and really appreciate you taking just a bit of time outta your day to read about my situation and provide me guidance. Much appreciated.
