I accidentally gave the resolution centre the wrong tracking number and so they have closed the case in the seller's favour. I now lost the broken item and the money and the shipping costs. There's no way to appeal and no one answers the phone. Is there any way to get my money back? The seller lied about the location of the item, waited a month to ship the item, and now because of one incorrect number they get to scam me? This isn't fair. Why do they have buyer protection when they always take the seller's side? EDIT: I've done a charge back with my credit card company. Hopefully they can help. It's a shame PayPal wasn't willing to do anything.
