I had a similar problem, with the buyer claiming non-receipt half an hour after purchase of my digitally delivered software. A few minutes later, she downloaded the software and continued to claim non-delivery. PayPal resolved the dispute in her favor, without asking for any documentation from me. I have just been disputing the decision and trying to submit documentation, which is entirely from electronic messages via my php script. The resolution center does not provide for digital delivery disputes, even if you are lucky enough to reach the resolution center. I put my emails into a php file and clicked the submit button.
