My name is Judy from South Africa. This is the second time I've ordered something via PayPal. The first time the matter was closed, I did not receive my package and lost my money
I ordered another package via Paypal 10 October 2019. On the Track17 it shows that the package has been sent to South Africa and arrived. But there is stops. What more can I do to resolve the problem without losing my money and package. I have sent emails to the supplier, the Tracking department and cc Paypal, but nobody ever resond to my mails.
