Sadly that didn't make a difference, tried on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and *shudders* Internet Explorer! Also tried on my phone and iPad too! I've tried uploading the proof of postage and also just the tracking number with a note saying that I keep getting errors but neither work. I assume its probably failing as I've already uploaded the tracking information so it won't let me upload it again. I did try ringing earlier but they closed at 18:30 - I did send an E-Mail though with the tracking info and POP reciept attached, I also mentioned about the errors I have been experiencing. Its also weird as the E-Mail I received off them tonight requesting more information said the following "Please provide any information we ask you to send us within 3 days. If we don't hear back from you within this time frame, we may decide this case in the seller’s favour." Obviously the dispute says it closes today if I don't respond but the E-Mail I got tonight says I have 3 days. Given the errors I keep getting and this descrepency, I can only assume something has gone wrong with their systems. The only worrying thing is everywhere I look it says a case can't be reopened once closed. Does anyone know if that is still true when the error is on PayPals side (I can clearly see the tracking information I uploaded the other day when scrolling through the dispute, it isn't my fault that their system hasn't detected it!)
