I purchased a pair of shoes for 135.00 on a app called OfferUp the seller requested I purchase them with PayPal goods and services. It’s been 35 days I haven’t received the shoes from the seller. The seller has resisted the shoes twice since then. I have contacted PayPal 11 times in this time and have been told by several member service reps and all have told me don’t worry your case has been under review. I was told 4 days ago I would revive my money back today and just got a email saying I’m no longer getting my money and they have decided to pay the seller for goods I clearly never recurved. I have been on hold with PayPal for 3 hours and 37 minutes and currently still on hold. Does PayPal have a HR department?
