i sent a payment under "send and request" by putting a email address and selecting paying for an item or service. i did not add a "please add a payment option" because i already have a credit card link to my account. i click send payment now and nothing happen. it seems to froze when i click on it and i see no activity about this transaction in my account. did i send money to this person or should i do it again because when i tried to do it again, the "send payment option" is unclickable
