I’ve received several emails from PayPal saying that I was approaching a limit for money received and would need to provide more information by clicking a notification in my app. There never was a notification in my app so I reported the email as spoof and didn’t receive a reply. Now I have another email saying I’ve reached the limit for receiving money and can’t withdraw my funds to my bank (over £100!). The withdraw option has vanished from my app. The only notification I have received is to set up a PayPal.me account, which I’ve just done. However, the option to withdraw funds has not reappeared. How can I access MY money?! 😡😡😡
