Why is my account permanently closed because it's not my fault? I have online transaction on goole play and pay by paypal. I found many transactions that I made but were unsuccessful and transactions that I had never done..all these were debited to my bank account and included in the section debt conflict. I have checked in the transaction activity on paypal account and google play account does not have all those transactions. I have reported on paypal and google pay. paypal has limited my account and i have provided and followed every paypal request.until today 11/12/2019 google play side has refunded all the transactions to my paypal account. but from the time I reported and complained to paypal until today, my account was limited and on 11/12/2019 sent email notifying my account limit permanently because of fraud and room against risks..pls help me..thanks
