If you paid using PayPal but cannot see the payment in your account it may be that you paid as a guest through PayPal but did not log in to your account. Though it is not possible to cancel a completed payment, if you have an issue with the transaction we can report this for you. What you would need to do is get in touch with our customer service team by phone or email. You will find our contact information by clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. When you get in touch we can discuss the transaction details and open a case if you haven't received what you paid for or if you received an item that was not as described.
