More than a week ago I spoke w/PayPal. I wanted to know why after proving PayPal with proof from the shipper, UPS, that the proof of delivery provided by was a fake did they decide in favor of the seller. The proof hadn't been reviewed, the lady I spoke with said she was going to reopen the case, give the seeller 10 to respond to their inquiry and if they didnt they would refund me the money anyway. To date, II cant even find where it was reopened. HELP PLEASE!
