I still cant send money and its been 5th straight days now and I always got these statement saying "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service". My account has been lifted from being limited and the other account that I'm sending is not limited either and tried sending it to others and had the same problem. I already confirm my email for this account and there is no open cases at my resolution center. Please help me, I don't know what to do.
