My account was locked due to 2FA failing and only got access to my account after ringing the help desk and having 2FA option removed. I have tried removing my PayPal account from Microsoft Authenticator Mobile app and re-apply the settings(i.e. rescan in the QR code) but the PayPal web setup doesn't recognise the generated code. This is very strange as it worked in the past and other 2FA sites I use still work. Is this problem due to a PayPal update?
