Good day! I was hoping anyone can help me with this. I received an email that my account has been further limited, which means I can't transfer money from my paypal to any of my bank accounts, nor can I use my paypal for any online payments--and that is indeed the case. When I received the initial email about my account about to be limited, I uploaded a document for my proof of address. That has been more than a week. And every time I log in to paypal through their website I get a notification: However, when I click okay hoping to settle the dispute by uploading a required document, it takes me to this: Apparently they are still looking into the document I uploaded more than a week ago. And yet, they further limited my account without me being able to upload a different document that can prove my identity, and address. I tried to message them through their email, and waited for a customer representative. Their email is a bust, saying And the message center keep referring me to the resolution center, which doesn't have any solution for this.
