Hi, I got a message from Paypal that my claim was denied and I feel cheated because I simply don't understand why this prestigious company should rule in favor of people that are out there to simply defraud other people. On 4th Jan 2020, I made this transaction Transaction information: Dispute Case ID: PP-D-51458336 Transaction Amount: €25.76 EUR Dispute Amount: €25.76 EUR Transaction ID: 47G842797U108440D Transaction Date: 4 January 2020 This transaction was made to one Stefano Selli for Tennis prediction subscription for one month. I sent money to him on 4th Jan, he provided tips that day and I lost over $100 playing his prediction tip. I sent him a message humbly requesting for refund that I am no longer interested in his Tennis prediction and ask him for refund. I left the group immediately on the 5th of Jan. (I made use of this service for one day which resulted in heavy loss) This seller has being threatening me on Telegram just because I asked for my hard earned money. I know longer trust this payment institution and I have being asking myself what I did wrong. I know where I stay, If I purchase something and I am not satisfied, I can return it even after one week. For Paypal to be aiding people like this to defraud other people is totally wrong. If this seller is real and not scamming people with his winning claims "HE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY ISSUE IN REFUNDING MY MONEY" afterall I spent only one day in his group. I have lost my money, I am not in the group, how does PAYPAL want me to feel, since I explained to them that I left the group the next day, they would have ruled in my favor by asking the seller to return my money. I will reconsider using this company if I am not protected as a buyer. I am very angry and would never do or ever promote this company in any way. I will forever hold Paypal accountable for making this infamous decision of aiding people to steal other people's money. If someone tried my service for just one day and left, as an honorable person, I will have no option than to refund the person's money instead of sitting on another person's money.
