I have sent multiple messages about the same issue to paypal but each time I check messages for a reply, it says there are none and I am all caught up. I can't send money because it says there is an issue. There really is not anymore since I resolved it with my bank. The initial problem was that I purchased an item from a vendor and used my bank for the payment. Later, while checking my Paypal account I saw that the item was also charged to my paypal balance so I thought I was being charged twice. I notified the bank and they refunded the money immediately but apparently paypal thinks there is some dispute or even fraud involved so they suspended my doing anything with my balance there. I went through some of the remedies but nothing seems to work. For example when verifying which bank is linked to my account, I click the icon and only get a large circle continuously revolving like it is stuck. I have used the bank as a funding source many times and never experienced this. I cannot talk to anyone at paypal now and can't get answers from my messages so what do I do? I understand why there is a delay because of coronavirus but seems like there should be some acknowledgment of my messages. Here is the transaction #Transaction 3C486565R9617161E ($42.30).
