Hi, I bought two items from a seller. Both were listed as new with tags and showed such in the photos. When the items arrived one was new but the other was worn and damaged. I've opened a case through the resolution centre but the seller isn't responding. If I escalate to PayPal will PayPal make me send back both items or just the one that I'm disputing? The PayPal receipt shows two distinct items but in the resolution centre it only shows the total cost. I had originally asked the seller for a 50% refund on the used shorts but they haven't responded. if I want a full refund, how do I now change this? Thanks
