So I purchased a cot bunk bed on the 2nd of August and didn’t receive all the parts so can’t even use it! So anyways raised a case with PayPal and contacted the seller who kept coming up with excuses after excuses! PayPal contacted them and they offered me a £25 refund when I spoke to PayPal they agreed this was not good enough! And intact even if I was to return the item it would cost me nearly £100 to return in shipping! So PayPal said this was up to the seller to compensate for. This was on Monday they gave the seller 3 days to come back with a resolution I was told by Thursday noon the case would be closed in my favour if the seller did not come back with anything. The seller has not been intouch with PayPal! So I call today to see what’s happening to now be told actually we need to give the seller another 24 hours and if you do get the refund you have to return the item and you’ll have to pay for shipping even though it will cost you nearly half of the money you have spent on the cot! I am so angry my kids have been sleeping in travel cots for a whole month now I keep getting told by every adviser on this date this will happen and we will do this and then it gets to that date and they extend it even longer!!! It seems they arent looking after me just the seller! They have £300 of my money and I can’t go out and buy a new bed for them as I saved that money to be able to get the new bed!!! Please help me!
