In August I stupidly purchased a product from NSW called Fixazipper unfortunately upon receiving this product I found it to be a terrible product, I submitted a dispute to the supplier & they tried to bargain with me offering me % refund of which i declined they suggested if i return the product I must post registered post at my expense to China although purchased in NSW Australia. After contacting PayPal they indicated they would cover return postage, so I posted with tracking @ $21.20 faulty product reaching destination in China to be informed by PayPal they have refunded the original purchase cost with no further indication of the postage being covered my case has now been closed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
