What if a customer demands a refund and simply states they did not get what they received from the seller? Like his/her word against the seller? I don't trust this buyer so what I'm going to do is send the paper document that they have requested in the form of a "Certified Letter" so they have to sign for it but I can still see them trying to get Paypal involved just out of spite. I can see her saying well sure I received something in the mail which I signed for but it was not what I wanted. How can I prove to Paypal what was in the certified letter given to the customer?
