Account There’s a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it to restore full account access. Resolve Account Issue...You can't use PayPal anymore... I have written 3 messages. Now, unless I am missing something, I find it hard to resolve this matter. SO let's start off with what happened. So I have 5 kids and I bought 5 iPhone 11x's for them. Payment goes through, later canceled. I proceed to buy 5 more and this is from amazon using my pp for payment. Payment goes through, later payment is canceled... Now I have been here for 8 years or so not sure and I buy stuff all the time, so I say well, I will call customer support at amazon and we start talking, say what happened and say I do not want another thing like this to happen and why I called you. He says to do it this way"buy 2, 2, and 1 because that is what is doing it and so I do. PM goes through, PM gets canceled. SO after a bit, I call CS again because they had locked my account thinking it was being hacked(Understand) Then they make it right and finally my order goes through. I go to my Gmail to make sure and what is there? A msg from PP saying I cannot use it anymore and on top of that because of the confusion they charged me for 8 of the iPhone 11 x's at 1050,00 per. Got that back yesterday. Now why in the hell could Paypal not have checked with Amazon to see what was happening instead of just closing my account and I have sent 3 msg and have tried phoning and I get nothing... When that happened, 2 more accounts got frozen. 6000+ at Bank of America, and cash app where I had 12,000 and my PayPal has almost 12,000, so now I cannot get money from my accounts because they could not even ask amazon? I have to drive a long way to go to BOA to try and verify because I cannot even do it online now... You know their decision is final I am sure from what I have been reading about all these ppl who had it happen to them.
