Hi, I have a problem with my recent purchase. I bought a rare vintage computer part from a seller in the US. The item was shipped to me (I live in Ireland) through eBay's Global Shipping Program. The problem is that the shipping center in Kentucky mislabeled the package. When I go to Pitney Bowes tracking, I can see that they didn't include my postal code. As a result, the package was delivered somewhere in a different town. I opened a dispute and PayPal ruled in seller's favour stating that "tracking shows that the item was successfully delilvered." Yes, it was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to me! I wonder if there's anything I can do about it.
