On 27 September 2020 I opened a dispute about not receiving my item. PayPal said that the case will be closed in my favor if the seller doesn't respond within 10 days. I waited until 10 days passed, and still received no refund, even though the case was Open and Waiting Other Party Response in the Resolution Center. Today, when 20 days passed, I was emailed that the case was closed, and I haven't received my money back. What should I do?
