I purchased several items from an online relail store, and returned some of the items to their store in a nearby town. (This store has both stores and an online site that can be shopped). I had paid by paypal, and the employee in the store said a refund would come back by Paypal. When I checked my account, there was no refund showing, so I opened a dispute on the original payment for this purchase and attached a copy of the paper receipt I got in the store that showed the details of the refund, the amount, and the total refund shows "paypal". It said the seller had 10 days to respond, and today is day #11. There is no response from the store, and there is no option to escalate this to a claim. Paypal says I can escalate a dispute at anytime but this option is not showing anywhere on the page. I have looked. How do I contact paypal to resolve this?
