Hey Community . . . any help would be much appreciated . . . I had a return refund claim . . . all went well and the case was settled in my favour and I received my refund . . . long story short, the seller then lied and said the return package was empty, PayPal reviewed the case AFTER my refund, I supplied the photos i took of the item in the return package box before it was tapped up (that I had sent the seller), and of course the return shipping receipt showed 15kg weight . . . anyway . . . PayPal Agents say the case is closed . . . Resolution centre says case is still under review ? (after receiving the refund nearly 2 months ago) . . . case history says case closed . . . Every Agent I've had contact with says the case is BROKEN and there is a technical problem with automated emails . . . in the last seven weeks I have received 639 of the same 3 emails from PayPal regarding this case and it is clogging up my email a/c and just a huge annoyance constantly getting these never ending emails . . . I've asked the Agents over and over for an email address to contact PayPal Tech Support to fix this and they keep saying they have referred it on . . . I have used the PayPal webform to try and get a contact by there has been no reply . . . Does anyone have the PayPal Tech Support email contact Please ? ? ? Or . . . any way I could get in contact with actual PayPal Support to fix this . . . cheers 🙂
