I've held an ebay account since 2014 when I took it over from my late wife who had been a member since 03. She used to sell a lot and had more than 3000 100% positive feedback score which I did not want to lose so I ( legally, being her husband and next of kin) took over the account and put it in my name and changed the email over to mine. Anyway, Ive been using this account ever since for purchases with no problems at all. I wrote out a listing draft a week or so ago but did not upload it because I wanted to change my email and open a new paypal account because I couldn't gain access to my old one because I hadn't used it for so long I couldn't remember the password and the credit card I set it up with had been replaced years ago. I do still have access to the email that it was attached to and that's the one that was on the listing that I had written before I had changed my email with ebay and set up my new paypal account. So the payment has gone to the old account that I don't have access to because that's the email address that was on the listing. Is it possible for the buyer to cancel that payment and pay again to my new paypal or do we have to cancel the sale and I relist the item?
