After selling 2 genuine LaCoste Polo Shirts 7 weeks ago via eBay - the buyers states ‘I have fake one, my brother buy real one and I have fake’. PayPal state it is in the best interests of everyone that he returns them for a full refund. £29 for 2 LaCoste Polo Shirts that were hardly worn and were sold as too small for me. No evidence of what has lead the buyer to believe they are fake (wash labels, croc badge, material, or anything) - and no common sense applied by PayPal after my lengthy response in this matter. Seems +200 positive 100% feedback can be trumped by +8 feedback, poorly written English and a one liner dispute. I think this is a shocking outcome and how a buyer can have an item for that length of time (wearing them) and can return is beyond me. I bet they come back in a substandard / poorer condition than when I sent them! Shocking PayPal outcome - against a top end user of PayPal. Would be happy to hear of anyone with positive outcomes in the face of adversity!
