Hi Has anyone had a refund decision reversed before? On the 29 July PayPal agreed a full refund for a very substandard product and instructed me to return the item at considerable expense particularly as they insisted it be tracked. They advised a full refund on delivery of the returned item ..... which l did. However once the item arrived PayPal reversed the decision and are refusing to refund the product costs as promised and refund the cost of postage they asked me to do. i am constantly emailing them but get the stock reply,no explanation, no recourse to the costs . Does anyone have contact details for a higher authority within PayPal I don't want to complain to the financial ombudsman but Iwill if I cannot get through to some one other than the front line staff who reply with templates responses. Anyone out there that can help?
