I was able to get to the page to cancel a payment, but when I get to the page the button to confirm is not at the bottom of the page where all the guides to canceling a payment have said. In fact, it's not on the page at all. My screen won't scroll any farther, so it's not hidden and refreshing the page does nothing. This is incredibly frustrating as the person I am paying hasn't even had the payment show up in his account so he can either cancel or refund. I am stuck and really can't wait for the 30-day policy. This is what I'm seeing. My scroll bar is all the way at the bottom.
