My account had a limitation placed on it in August and I’m still waiting for my email with instructions on how to get my money back. I found the original email that told me I had to wait and it was sent 187 days ago. When I try to contact PayPal through their messaging robot (by asking for a real person) the robot just gives me a list of customer service hours and tells me to try again, even if I call well into the time people should be working based off of the hours given. I’ve tried calling too, with no answer. Am I purposely being ignored and will my money ever be returned?
