Hello, the issue is as described below. Am I allowed to do this? Is it my problem? Please comment your possible solution about my case. I have opened a dispute about them and below is my description. "Hello, on 4th August I hosted a minecraft server with server.pro. On 4th August to 13th August, the server is still fine. Until today 14th August, in the morning my server started to have issue. All the players in my server are suffering high latency (ping). I have contacted them since morning, and no replies from their customer service until night time 8.47PM. I have complained about my server issue to them numerous times, they did not give me the solution. I am paying for a service, and I'm expecting that the service that I paid. I asked for a solution, they ignored my case for more than 4 hours already. They even blame that the latency issue isn't from their side but is from my server itself. I have lose so much players in my server which is a big loss to me and they could solve it if they reply instantly. They are not even a single solution given and they reply to my message in a very very very long time. I even asked them to transfer me to another machine in Singapore, they told me its out of stock. But before I bought this server, they told me I can buy a location in Canada and they will immediately transfer me to Singapore. So when this issue arise, why are they unable to transfer me to another machine? This is day light robbery! By the time I made this dispute, they still did not reply to me. Please give a full refund ($20) to me, if its not possible, give me the refund ($14) of the remaining (21) days of my server hosting. I have attached the conversation proof as below.
