I made an order online for glasses. The site was emailing me through the process up until my order didn’t come at all, but I got USPS notifications that it had been delivered. Now the site is ignoring all my emails about a refund or replacement. Also, I did use PayPal as my payment method but it doesn’t show up in my activity. I do have the PayPal transaction ID and an email from PayPal about the payment. I’m having trouble getting a refund.
