Someone calling themselves FACEBK-Daily Steals charged $401.24 to my PayPal account. I was not able to file a resolution in the account because the PayPal screen said "We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction". So I called and a case was opened. PayPal closed the case saying "Case Closed: Transaction not covered". There is no ability to respond. So I'm thinking of filing a police report. I don't know what else to do. Any ideas? I deleted my credit card from PayPay and moved all my money out of my checking account, so the payment can't go through (it's still pending).
