My paypal account is relatively new, probably 2 months old. It was set up to receive payment from our customers in the USA. We have received funds from a customer and would like to withdraw the funds to our bank account. Seems straightforward but unable to assign our US bank account , or sterling account or a debit card. So we thought we would be able to send cash to another paypal account but still denied. All the information about the company has been provided several weeks ago and still not able to withdraw funds. Contacted customer service several times but still no help offered. Can anyone offer any guidance in this matter?? I see from the posts there are many of us in the same situation.
