Hi! I only use PayPal whenever I need it or when someone sends me money through PayPal. The last time I used PayPal was last October 2019 for a donation campaign for my friend who passed away due to a virus. Now, I used it again for another donation campaign for the frontliners of COVID19 that I am supporting. A money was sent to me from a friend from Taiwan for a donation of our campaign. However, here I am again having a payment on hold status saying that for new sellers or sellers who did not received payments for a longer time, it may require 21 days for it to be received. We cannot wait any longer as we are meeting a deadline in buying the PPEs for our frontliners. Can anyone help me how we can expedite the process from being payment on hold status? I already tried sending an email to PayPal but no one's responding. I even spent international calling call just to contact their customer service, too sad that their customer service right now is closed due to COVID19. Please help us as I need the donation for our campaign for our frontliners in partnership with Frontliners Support PH. I look forward to your help. Thank you.
