I recently tried to purchase a ticket to a festival but the seller is fishy, never sent out the ticket, and is no longer available for contact. I have marked the transaction as unauthorized after calling the automated customer service line, but I wish to add a comment to the review because I did in fact send the payment, but I now want to withhold the money so the seller does not receive it. The money was sent as a "friend," therefore I cannot dispute it as an item I have not received, but that is actually what happened. I just want to provide as much proof as possible to get my money back. Please help.
