Hello, my account was limited about 7 months ago as a result of the account having been made before I was 18, even though I am now past that age, the account remains locked. I managed to speak to a customer service assistance about two weeks ago and I was told that following an email she would send to me, I would be able to link my account (despite it being limited) to my bank account and withdraw all the money on it. However, even after receiving the email I am still receiving an error saying that I "currently am unable to link my bank account". I have tried to get into contact with paypal within their business hours on the phone as well as on their messaging system (twice on each platform) and I keep getting told by their bot to try the other method, none of which works. Any ideas on what I could do to withdraw the money left on my account? Thanks in advance. The exact error is "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now." and I want to mention that I have never linked this bank account to any paypal account before.
