Oh no don't pull your hair out wigs are expensive! I believe the problem you are running into is that your PayPal card is a debit card now requiring a pin to complete the transaction whereas before it didn't always require that. Mastercard company changes their rules when they issue their name to companies. I could be wrong with my info I have but I hope this helps ❤

This sounds very frustrating! It sounds dead to me, I.T. is not my specialty but there should be a light indicating it is being charged. As far as turning them on it is a press and hold for a bit. Also, you should be able to use it while it is plugged in if it has a low charge it is still usable. Good luck to you!

Yes, I have and I know how frustrating it is. I took the time and called my credit card that was link to my PayPal account to find out why the purchase wasn't going through because I was so frustrated. There answer made so much sense...the seller company was on a list of fraudulent sellers or high risk sellers because of return rate. They choose not to do business with that particular seller. They deny your transaction to avoid any potential future problems. I figure if they go to that much trouble I should trust their judgement and buy elsewhere. I hope that helps!

I contacted Wish.com and it seems like they are in a auditing nightmare right now. Anyone that place multiple orders has been shut down and asked to verify that they paid for their products before they can buy more, hince the bank statement of which I told them I was not going to give them. They suggested opening a new account with a different email address. I did that, I had no problem placing an order using PayPal on my smartphone.
