The buyer made the deal with me a round 5 months ago for some online game items, the process was smooth without any problem but couple days ago I received an email from PayPal saying that my buyer’s item wasn’t received! and requested for a refund. When I saw this email I was fuming because I talked with the buyer many times even after the deal was been made. Then I got to to provide certain proves of the buyer received his item while the buyer claimed that he didn’t received anything. I then made an appeal trying to explain to PayPal what’s has happened including giving them screenshots of the conversation and the pictures of the person obtained the items and a video record and even with all of these evidences I received a new email telling me this “ We were unable to grant your appeal with the information you provided. It was not granted because we did not receive valid proof that the item was delivered to the buyer“, unfortunately I got told that these evidences aren’t enough to prove the seller delivered those items to the buyer and they can not open videos or links to prevent viruses. I have already appealed twice I’m only my last chance of appealing. For now he only done one refund request to me and there’s more purchases he made with me with a total of £1300 , this refund was £190 and left my PayPal balance negative 167.11 because I had 23£ before the refund. I’m really scared of owe PayPal £1300 when that guy refunded everything as my evidences were useless which means I lot my items and have to pay PayPal £1300 out of nowhere. I really need some suggestions and help from the community for my case I couldn’t solve it myself as it’s some online game item they are available to track through anything to prove I have given the buyer.
