Hi community, So I recently sent an invoice to a customer, and they claim that they've paid it, however when I check my paypal account, the amount seems to be unpaid. My customer claims that I need to "ship asap & send the shipment receipt to Paypal for their verifications so they can process and credit your account" but I haven't received any such details or notification emails from PayPal regarding this, and it's been over 6 hours since they claim to have sent payment. It's my first time making this sort of sale on PayPal. How do I proceed from this?
