I am from Italy. created a paypal business account 2days ago. Now I need to verify it using my ING card and ING bank account.
but whenever I try to add bank account, it says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I cleared my browser cache and cookies and tried multiple times. but every time I see this problem.
I sent an email to support. but didn't receive any reply or support confirmation mail. Now I don't know what to do. Help me to fix the issue.
