I was chatting with a PayPal rep. He suggested I contact eBay. When I tried asking another question I was unable to type anything in the message box as I'd previously been doing. So he basically just cut me off. To add further insult I got a **bleep** email from PayPal support with a transcript that ended with him asking me if I was still there, etc. That never happened. I was cut off. After the reps stated that, "They can help you with the transaction ID which was made with us." I was no longer able to type any replies! The fake transcript then when on to say, "I really wanted to assist you further..." is completely made up **bleep**. Typical corporate mentality they make **bleep** up and customers have no recourse.
