I purchased an item on August 1, 2020 after over a month of waiting I finally got the item only to see that the seller sent me the wrong size. She offered to refund if I mailed back the item. I agreed but wanted to go through paypal. After contacting Paypal they advised me to file a claim first and then ship it back with tracking. So I did this, added tracking to Paypal and it is showing that the item was delivered to the seller. I sent the seller a message and she will not respond. How do I get my refund back if she is not refunding my money? Getting ahold to a person via Paypal customer service is impossible
