I cannot access my account anymore cause that phone number does not exist and I cannot give those digits in the process and I couldn't remember my alias I used as "my name" back then. I made my transactions normally all these years, I changed my cards etc., but no one asked me to replace the phone number (that was in another town I was lived back then) or my "name". Besides that, some months ago I logged in to change 1-2 of my credit cards because on the old ones the expiry date was old and I verified the new ones. Two days ago I've made a conversation with online help and they told me that I'm gonna receive an e-mail with instructions of what they ask from me That e-mail arrived and is this one: "Dear Kostas, As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. Problem is that I don't have Fax and I have not access to "Resolution Centre" cause I'm still cannot log in!! What can I do by that? Besides that, I don't have a paper that proved my residence, cause bills come with the name of a relative of mine, and not mine. After all that conversation that the employee that we spoke told me he's gonna send this to another team, this is the result. A dead end. I gave 4 last digits of 3 of my cards, I've told you that I have the 2 secret questions & answers if you needed them, I also tried to change the password by my e-mail and nothing was enough. Not even the same e-mail that I've created this account 15 years ago. That's frustrating and I don't know why they ask me to enter two secret questions & answers in the first place, where there is no use of them anywhere! Also, someone should had inform me that it's urgent to recheck sometime back then my personal information, cause we human beings sometimes move ourselves in other places, you know and a phone number, an address or even a mobile phone, that never needed before in PayPal, could be changed! So what we do from now on? An employee before the last one, suggested me to create a new account. And if someone had money in balance? He would lose them! Right?
