eBay can't help with this issue. I already called them and they said that the dispute is being handled by PayPal, so i should contact and solve the issue with them. They are right since the dispute was opened on PayPal, normally it's PayPal who should handle this issue. Anyways, i wrote PayPal a message and I got a reply earlier today. The customer support representative told me to proceed and ship the item, and then upload all valid evidences on the dispute (tracking number, carrier, receipt picture etc.) I'm really confused now 😕
