Hi @RedRailgun , Yes. This issue has been resolved few days after I posted this. These are the steps I did: 1. Called my local bank's customer support - Unfortunately, they cannot resolve it as they cannot see anything within the description of the transaction as there is no other possible reference indicated as well. I was advised to go/contact directly my main branch (where I opened my account) so they can investigate further. 2. Called my bank's main branch - At first,I was again told that they cannot solve it and that it is their first time to encounter such issue so I was advised to contact the head office for further investigation. Luckily, the one who assisted me was very accommodating and offered he will contact the head office and investigate it further. And finally, he called me within the day saying that my money will be refunded within that day as well. Bottom line: According to him, it was not the bank nor paypal's fault it happened. It was VISA's technical error from the report they generated. So please proceed to my step 2 instead and skip the step 1. Hope this helps! 🙂
