Hello, I have 2 paypal account for my company establish in the Philippines, i provide the same kind of documents for both of the account but the documents was accepted only for one of these accounts. I ask questions to the customer services, they don t answer to me instead they just send me their template, they asking me things i ve already down or even don t send me complete mail with the problems i need to fix, right now i have around 6000 euros limited on this account and i even cannot use it to take my flight ticket to go back to my place. I ask a phone number to be able to call your customer services instead taking the time to give me the number you just again give me a template... Your customer service is really bad specially for a company dealing with business compatny. I m really thinking to pass to transfer wise when i will resolve this story. SO SO BAD and no respect for the time we take to transfer a lot of documents to your services
