Hi, Thank you for the reply. Yes I've tried to add it as "new" but get the same error. After this post, I registered a dummy account and added the card with no problem. I think if PayPal can't be contacted through chat, email or telephone then there is really no reason to even bother trying further as this is the way they view their customers.

As the title suggests, I've been trying to contact PayPal customer service and every method I try is a dead end. Email and Chat is nothing but automated gibberish that doesn't help. I tried to call the local hotline number (Singapore) and no one bothers to pick up; I was on hold for literally 35 mins before I gave up. My issue is updating/linking a credit card. For months I have not been able to update my credit card. I tried to delete it, and link it again but keep receiving the same error. The error just says "We can't complete this right now"
